Directions: Follow Hwy. 7 north of North Vernon, IN. approximately 3 miles.  The entrance to Country Squire Lakes is on the left. 

All of our Mobile Homes are available for sale on a contract basis with a small downpayment.

Payments are fixed at 595.00 per month.  All models are 14 x 70, have three bedrooms, one and a half baths, total electric with central heat and air.  All of our models come complete with Oven/range and refrigerators.
